Old-Fashioned Pineapple Upside Down Cake has a very interesting history. It is one of my favorite cakes to make for special occasions, and makes the perfect cake to take to backyard cookouts or gatherings
Light and soft cake coated with very creamy cream cheese and sprinkled with grated cheddar cheese. The cake is not very sweet and just nicely matched with sweetened cream cheese and cheddar cheese added extra creamy and salty taste to it
I have always had these 'jinx' when it comes to baking sponge cakes. I don't really know why, though I've followed exactly what the recipe said, but still, it will end up either being heavy or 'very not a sponge cake should look like'
