If you want to give it a try you will not regret it believe me. 1 tbsp olive oil1 onion, finely chopped2 garlic cloves, finely chopped1 small red chilli, seeds removed, chopped1 tsp grated fresh ginger500g carrots, chopped400g sweet potatoes, chopped4 kaffir lime leaves, 2 whole, 2 finely shredded1l chicken stock2 tbsp palm or brown sugar2 tbsp fish saucejuice of 1/2lime200ml coconut cream150ml double cream25g toasted shredded coconut (I used toasted coconut flakes)method. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes or until softened. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. 1 colher sopa de azeite1 cebola, finamente picada2 dentes de alho, finamente picados1 malagueta vermelha pequena, sementes removidas e descartadas e malagueta picada1 colher chá de gengibre fresco, ralado500g cenouras, cortadas em pedaços400g batata doce, cortada em pedaços4 folhas de lima kaffir, 2 inteiras e 2 finamente fatiadas1l caldo de galinha2 colheres sopa de açúcar de palma ou mascavado2 colheres de sopa de molho de peixe (fish sauce)sumo de meia lima200ml creme de coco (ou a parte superior, a mais espessa de uma lata de leite de coco)150ml natas para bater25g coco ralado, tostado (eu usei flocos de coco)preparação.
