Coconut chutney with Urad Dal & Chana Dal

Ingredients1 tablespoon urad dal (split black lentils)1 tablespoon chana dal (Split bengal gram)1/2 teaspoon cumin5 kashmiri chilles (dried)1 cup fresh dessicated coconut1/4 teaspoon tamarind  paste     you can use fresh tamarind too - just take a small ball of tamarind and let it soak in water and then extract the juice      and use it1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds1/2 teaspoon urad dal (for tempering)1/2 teaspoon cumin (for tempering)7 to 8 curry leaves1/4 teaspoon asafoetida2 tablespoons oil (I used coconut oil)1/2 teaspoon sugarsalt to tasteMethodIn a Karahi add 1 tablespoon oil
