  • 600 ml low fat milk
  • 35 gr cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 - 5 sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 50 gr stoned black olives halved
  • 100 gr low fat yellow cheese, grated
  • 50 gr low fat Regato style cheese, grated
  • 300 gr gluten free macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
