Ingredients

  • 4 Turkey sausage patties (I used soy veggie sausage)
  • Mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin
  • tin.
