Ingredients

  • 10 Minute Chocolate Almond Balls

  • What I Used for 12-14 chocolate almond balls
  • 100 gms Marie Biscuit (you can use any cream-less biscuits you like — digestive/ ginger/ wafers etc)
  • 100 gms Almonds
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar or plain castor sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (also called coconut powder in local grocery stores), or unsweetened shredded coconut

  • Here’s how I made them
  • First, I powdered the biscuits and the almonds, separately, into crumbs or meal.
