  • ¾ pound, chopped chicken breast or ~4 small chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup Gluten Free oat flour
  • ½ tbsp arrowroot or cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Truvia brown sugar baking blend
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ tsp red chili peppers
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • optional: chives to garnish, sesame seeds
