  • 1 Large Onion - Peeled and Quartered
  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Bell Pepper
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock

  • 2 Tablespoons Masa Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Chick Peas
  • 1/2 Cup Pitted and Stuffed Olives
  • 20 Corn Husks (Fresh, or dried and soaked)
