vanilla (glaze)Prepare your Healthy Homemade Pizza Dough according to instructions. You will only need 1/2 of the recipe, so reserve the other half for another time, or make it a pizza pizza night, and make a dinner pizza as well.
oven to 450º.
your dough is resting/rising, combine 1/2 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, and 1/2 cup white wheat flour and stir/mash until well combined.
in the 2 tablespoons of cold butter and 2 tablespoons of water with two forks or a pastry blender under crumbly. (It will be small crumbs.) Set aside.
core, and dice your 3 apples very finely.

the pizza dough is ready to go, stretch it out to fit a 15-inch round pizza stone, or a 11x13" rectangle baking sheet. Parbake at 450º for 4 minutes, and remove from oven.
your apple mixture on top and pop in the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes. Watch it closely so it doesn't get overcooked.
it's baking, whip up the glaze using 1/2 cup Confectioner's sugar, 1 tablespoon of skim milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
you've removed the pizza, you can allow it to cool before you drizzle the glaze, or you can just go for it, and drizzle the glaze while it's hot.
