100 Calorie Apple Cinnamon Dessert Pizza {Seasonally Speaking: Apples}

  • 1/2 recipe of Healthy Homemade Pizza Dough
  • 11/2 cup quick oats
  • 11/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 11/2 c White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 13 tablespoons of cold Salted Whipped Butter or light butter
  • 12 tablespoons cold water
  • 11 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 13 apples
  • 11/2 cup Confectioner's sugar (glaze)
  • 11 Tablespoons skim milk (glaze)
  • 11/2 teaspoon vanilla (glaze)Prepare your Healthy Homemade Pizza Dough according to instructions. You will only need 1/2 of the recipe, so reserve the other half for another time, or make it a pizza pizza night, and make a dinner pizza as well.
  • 1 Preheat oven to 450ΒΊ.
  • 1 While your dough is resting/rising, combine 1/2 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, and 1/2 cup white wheat flour and stir/mash until well combined.
  • 1 Cut in the 2 tablespoons of cold butter and 2 tablespoons of water with two forks or a pastry blender under crumbly. (It will be small crumbs.) Set aside.
  • 1 Peel, core, and dice your 3 apples very finely.
  • 1 Combine apples with dry mixture and stir well to combine.
  • 1 Once the pizza dough is ready to go, stretch it out to fit a 15-inch round pizza stone, or a 11x13" rectangle baking sheet. Parbake at 450ΒΊ for 4 minutes, and remove from oven.
  • 1 Sprinkle your apple mixture on top and pop in the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes. Watch it closely so it doesn't get overcooked.
  • 1 While it's baking, whip up the glaze using 1/2 cup Confectioner's sugar, 1 tablespoon of skim milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
  • 1 Once you've removed the pizza, you can allow it to cool before you drizzle the glaze, or you can just go for it, and drizzle the glaze while it's hot.
  • 1 Using a pizza cutter, cut in squares - 5 rows and 4 columns.
