  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave (use agave for vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons (28 grams) melted coconut oil or canola oil
  • 3 to 3 1/2 cups (375-438 grams) whole spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 - 1 cup (70 - 140 grams) raisins
  • 1/4 cup (50 grams) coconut or brown sugar
