Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped shallot
  • 6 fresh tarragon sprigs, leaves removed and chopped, stem discarded

  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
