  • For the mashed avocado
  • 1 medium avocado (got about 1cup of mashed avocado)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • ½-¾ tsp salt
  • ¼-½ tsp green chilli paste
  •  
  • For tomato mixture
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coarse pepper powder
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 24 pieces
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, peeled
