  • 1/3 cup water, 1/4 cup tahini, juice of 1 small lemon, 1/4 tsp dried garlic, 1/4 tsp dried dill, 1/2 tbsp ground chia seeds (optional), salt & black pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.
