  • 30 minute meals are the best. What usually happens, is that I come home from yoga or from running errands and I am absolutely famished. My first instinct is to grab a peanut butter ball or 2 or even a handful of granola and EAT, spoiling my dinner. No bueno.
  • 30 Minute Parmesan
  • 6-8 servings
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 large onion
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • minced
  • 2 cups white
  • or
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 pureed sweet potato
  • 2 teaspoons
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 4 cups of broth
