This “one-baking dish” HamandCheeseBaked Rice Casserole is just one of those dishes — and even better, is dinner made easy… with the added plus of leftovers, if desired
Fold in edges of ham to match shape of dough triangle. Place 1 piece of ham on each triangle. place 2 strips of cheese down center of ham. Bake 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. thin slices cooked ham (8 oz). thin slices Cheddar cheese (4 oz), each cut into 4 strips
Season with salt and pepper and serve at once. Arrange mushrooms andham in a 27cm x 17cm (base measurement) ovenproof dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle mushrooms with cheeseand bake for 5 minutes more. Carefully crack eggs onto the hamand bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and eggs cooked to your liking. 4 (130 g) mushrooms (flat well opened). 200 g ham (finely sliced or salami, hot if you like bite). 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (tasty coarsely grated)
The filling and the toast cups are baked together in one step. I wanted to use up the leftover Christmas ham so I mixed it into a creamy filling with mushrooms
Then put strips of ham on the circle, grated cheese on top and finish with scrambled egg. Whisk three eggs with some, milk, parsley and salt and pepper to taste set aside
