Ingredients

  • 1¼ pounds basil
  • 5 cups chopped kale
  • 16 oz sliced portobello mushrooms
  • ½ cup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 8 - 10 minutes. Add the chopped kale, portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and dried basil. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside until the meat mixture is cooked if they finish before. Once the gnocchi is finished, add it to the meat mixture along with the parmesan cheese. Toss well. Divide between 4 bowls and top with additional parmesan, if desired. Notes *This pasta tastes great reheated the next day! So make a double batch to knock two meals out in one cooking session! 3.2.2925
