  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dry, instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 tsp olive oil for greasing the tray

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp nigella seeds
  • little milk or egg wash
