Ingredients

  • For the crepes
  • ¾ cup plain flour/ all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup water
  • pinch of soda bicarbonate

  • For the filling
  • 1 -1½ cups chopped strawberries or a fruit of your choice
  • 1 cup double cream (chilled)
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar
