Ingredients

  • 4 Burgers
  • 30 min
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef, preferably chuck meat, no more than 80% lean.
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • Coarse salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 large slices of fresh bleu cheese, or about 11/2 cups bleu cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, thickly sliced
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 4 burger buns
  • Beer’ n’ Brat Mustard, for spreading
