Let the salt mixture boil for about 2 minutes then allow it to begin cooling, once it’s cooler but not cold add the clay and let dissolve, stir, combine the remaining salt, about half, with the coconut oil and Add essential oils. Rub some of the mixture on to areas to be treated such as stomach. You can treat any area of the body you like. Unroll the ace bandage and soak it in the salt mixture and allow it to soak up the liquid.Tightly wrap with the ace bandage around the areas you are treating.Wrap the ace bandage with seran wrap.
