Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbs Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbs Almond Meal
  • 1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp chopped dates
  • 1/2 coconut oil
  • 5-10 drops of Liquid Vanilla Stevia
  • tiny pinch of sea salt
  • Non-dairy milk (My fav’s right now are Calif’s coconut almond or Good Karma’s Flax Milk)
