Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sorghum flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot or corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt (omit if using salted butter)
  • 3 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F degrees. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
