  • 195 g high protein flour
  • 90 g low protein flour
  • 6 g active dry yeast
  • 6 g salt
  • 30 g caster sugar (i used trehalose)
  • 12 g milk powder
  • 60 g egg
  • 65 g water
  • 75 g tangzhong
  • 45 g unsalted butter
  • Filling
  • 80 g chopped spring onion
  • 1 egg 1 tbsp salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
