Ingredients

  • 30 I checked on the progress of my carbonnade. The meat was tender. But it could be more tender. Tenderer. So I added some extra salt and pepper and threw it back in the oven.
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp dill pickle relish
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
