  • 100 ml (7 level Tbsp) of good-quality mayonnaise
  • 100 ml finely chopped fresh dill
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp mild paprika powder
  • 0.25 tsp freshly ground pepper (preferably white pepper)
