  • Ingredients – Caraway and blood orange cured Salmon
  • 500 gm fillet of salmon (if you get a bigger fillet just adjust the cure ingredients)
  • 125 gms salt
  • 160 gms brown sugar
  • zest and juice of 1 blood orange
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
