My friend Jason forwarded me this simple recipe and hopefully I will try it out next Sunday morning. Maybe I will impress my parents and boyfriend with something that looks complicated but that actually is not :D
1 1/4 cup
unbleached all-purpose flour
Mix together the dry ingredients.
Combine to the above mixture a beatenegg, milk and salad oil and stir until moist.

Heat oven at 400 ℉/ 200 ℃ Cook the bacon in a hot pan (no butter or oil required) DrainbaconHalf the tortillas Fold the tortillas in a muffin tin Add the bacon to the tortillasAddan egg on top of the tortillaandbacon Cook in the oven for 20 minutes Take out of the oven add some chives, paprika powder andsaltand pepper to taste Enjoy
