  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced or grated)
  • 1 tablespoon shoyu soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Water as needed
  • Curled parsley or herbs of choice for garnish
