I'm so glad I made this, because the flavors of the staranise, cinnamonandcardamom were subtle enough to just complement the coconut and curry, the corn addeda nice little crunch, and the tender potatoesand chunks of fish were complete comfort food
I love rawpapaya in spicyand sour curry. I used mackerelsand deep fried them first beforeadding to the curry at the end, to add slightly crunchy texture into the fish
