  • 85 g softened low fat butter spread, plus extra to butter the baking dish

  • 1 large fresh
  • 4 large free range eggs
  • 415 ml of
  • 1 3/4 cup
  • 415 ml low fat evaporated milk (1 3/4 cup)
  • 12 g splenda sugar substitute (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla paste, or the seeds scraped from one vanilla pod
