  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 2 bags of steam-in-bag fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 9 chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2-3 teaspoons of salt

  • 1/2 cup of dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of all-purpose flour

  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) of unsalted light butter
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of sugar (I used Truvia)
  • 1/8 cup of powdered sugar, for dusting
