Ingredients

  • 16 slices of bread (preferably, a day old)
  • 8 slices of ham or salami
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • 3 medium sized eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 green chillies, finely chopped.
  • Oil/ Ghee/ Butter for frying
  • some milk (for helping the bread stick)
