Ingredients

  • 12 g fresh yeast
  • 320 g water, tepid
  • 200 g strong white flour
  • 100 g wholemeal wheat flour
  • 150 g semolina
  • 5 g salt
  • 11. Leave to prove again, until doubled in size.
  • 12. Preheat your oven to 220C.
  • 13. Bake the loaves until slightly browned.
  • 14. Wrap in a clean tea towel or cloth then serve, warm-ish.
