Air Fryer Chicken Breast Cordon Bleu

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 11 tablespoon Thyme
  • 11 tablespoon Tarragon
  • 11 teaspoon Parsley
  • 11 teaspoon Garlic Puree
  • 11 Egg
  • 120 grams Oats
  • 11 Slice Ham
  • 11 tablespoon Soft Cheese
  • 11 Slice Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Salt and Pepper to tastePreheat your air fryer to 360F
  • 1 Cut the chicken at an angle to right near to the corner so that you can fold them over and add ingredients to the center
  • 1 Sprinkle tarragon, salt and pepper, lightly covering the chicken
  • 1 Mix the soft cheese, garlic and parsley in a bowl
  • 1 Spread a layer of the soft cheese mixture in the middle of the chicken Add half a slice of both the cheddar cheese and ham
  • 1 Press down the chicken to seal it with the filling
  • 1 Beat the egg in a bowl
  • 1 Blend the oats, and place in another bowl and mix with thyme
  • 1 Roll the chicken in the oats first, then the egg and back in the oats
  • 1 Place your chicken pieces into the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes at 360F, turning half way through
