Air Fryer Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 1100 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 11 1/2 tablespoons Self Rising Flour
  • 13 1/2 tablespoons Bakers Sugar
  • 12 EggsBreak the chocolate into pieces and put in a microwave safe bowl, add the butter
  • 1 Microwave the chocolate and butter for 3 minutes , stir regularly. Remove and stir to form a consistent mixture
  • 1 Break the eggs into a large mixing bowl and add the sugar
  • 1 Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy
  • 1 Add the chocolate mix to the egg mix, add the flour. Fold the mixture to an even consistency
  • 1 Preheat your air fryer to 375F
  • 1 Grease 4 oven proof ramikins, and fill to about 75% with the mixture
  • 1 Air fry for 10 minutes
  • 1 Remove and allow to cool for 3 minutes
  • 1 Carefully turn the ramekin over onto a plate and tap the bottom of the ramekin with a butter knife to release the cake
  • 1 Add sauce of icing sugar to complete
