Especially when there's darkchocolate peanut butter almondganache poured all over it. In a small sauce pan, heat almond milk over low heat until hot (just before boiling - you may see some tiny bubbles on near the edge of the pan)
After the cake is baked let it cool and prepare the ganache. Also make a mixture of coffee with water or liquid for the cake before preparing so that there is no lumps in it
Heat the coffee and cream (I think almond milk may work just as well for those avoiding dairy) just until bubbles start to form along the edges of the saucepan and then pour it over the chocolate
I've tried the lemon and chocolate combination before in cookies and other desserts but never actually made a cakewith a super lemony sponge cake and a rich darkchocolateganache, with a touch of lemon too

Since there's nothing that I could make for the two of them that had too much chocolate, I settled on a combination of darkchocolatecupcakes, filled with a raspberry sauce and topped with white chocolateganache
