  • 100 g [1 cup] ground almonds
  • 50 g [1/2 cup] flaked almonds - toasted
  • 50 g dark chocolate - chopped

  • 300 g apricot compote or preserve
  • 425 ml [scant 1 1/3 cup] double cream
