Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp EVOO
  • 1 with leftovers
  • 1/4 cup quinoa cooked in 1/2 cup
  • veg stock
  • 1 red pepper, cut into
  • 1/2 in pieces
  • 1 red onion, sliced, and then cut in half
  • 4 stalks asparagus, cut into
  • 1/2 inch pieces
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp paprika,
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 recipe killer guacamole
  • 2 avocados 3 Tbsp red onion, finely minced
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • salt
