Ingredients

  • 2 nos Big Onion – 1 no. (Finely chopped)
  • chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Steps
  • 2 nos Big Onion - 1 no.(Finely chopped) Tomato – 2 nos.(Finely chopped) Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Green chillies – 3 nos.(slitted) Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Red chilli pwd –
  • 1 tsp
  • Coriander
  • 2 tsp Cumin pwd –
  • ½ tsp(Optional) Salt – as required Coriander Leaves – to garnish
  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds/jeera –
  • ¼ cups of water,garam masala and salt to it. Cook covered in medium flame for 5 more minutes. Once the gravy becomes semi thicken,switch off and garnish with coriander leaves
