Ingredients

  • 2 cups cleaned
  • and chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup potatoes
  • 2 medium sized onions
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 1- 2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1-2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp garam masala powder
  • fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 4. Now add chopped cauli flower and aloo to the kadai with
  • 6. Delicious Aloo Gobi Masala ready to serve with chapati, roti or even as a side dish with rice.
