Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized brown onion, chopped roughly
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped roughly
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, skin removed
  • 4 cloves of garlic, skin removed
  • 2 small green chillies (optional, omit or adjust if you can't take the spiciness!)
  • 1 head of Cauliflower, cut into bite sized florets
  • 6 medium sized potatoes, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1 cup of frozen green peas
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tsp of cumin seeds
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 stick of Cinnamon
  • Half tsp of Turmeric
  • 2 tsp of ground coriander
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • Salt – to taste
  • 1 tsp of Garam Masala
  • 1 and a half cup or water, or adjust to how "wet" you want your curry
  • Chopped fresh cilantro/coriander for garnish
