  • 1/2 kg Oil- 1/2 cup Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom- 5 each Onion- 1+1 medium Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon Tomato- 2 medium Coriander leaves, chopped- 1/4 bunch Mint leaves, chopped- 1/4 bunch Dry red chillies, soaked- 15 nos (or) chilli powder- 2 teaspoons (add the paste according to your spice level)
