  • 1 package (28 pieces) Andes mints, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mint or peppermint extract
  • 3-4 teaspoons skim milk
  • green gel food coloring
