Ingredients

  • Makes 2 loaves 4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 and ¾ cups coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 and ½ tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup apple butter
  • 1 and ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
