  • 2 cups diced grilled chicken {store bought rotisserie would be great too} ½ cup salted almonds or cashews, rough chop 1 apple, diced and tossed with a little lemon juice ¼ cup chopped celery ¼ cup honey ½ cup mayo {I used light} ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar sakt & pepper to taste Instructions Whisk the honey, mayo and vinegar together in a small bowl and set aside. Toast the nuts by placing in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or in a dry pan over low heat. Cool, roughly chop them. Toss together the chicken, celery, apples and nuts. Pour dressing over, stir to combine. Chill. 3.5.3208
