  • 40 g/1.5oz of Oats - 1 HEb (can use gluten free oats)
  • 2 tbs of Apple Sauce (I used a chunky one) - 1 syn
  • 100 g/1/3 cup of fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tbs of sukrin gold - 0.5 syns
  • 1 large egg
  • spray oil
