APPLE CINNAMON BUNDT CAKE WIH SALTED CARAMEL

Ingredients

  • 150 gr soft butter
  • 133 gr light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 gr plain flour
  • 30 gr ground
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 apples
  • 100 gr natural yoghurt
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2-3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 35-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  • 8-10 minutes until the colour turns into nice brown. Then remove the pan from the heat and add butter and cream. Be careful not to burn your fingers! Finally add the salt, stir well and set aside.
