  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 4 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3 c green apples (approx. 2 medium) cut into 1/4" chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil - melted
