Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp low calorie sweetener that can be used in baking (I used Truvia)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp skim milk (can be substituted for a non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
