Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made whole wheat,unsweetened pastry crust (about 9 inches)
  • 1/2 cup or about 120 grams sugar-free pear jam or jelly (or unsweetened apple sauce)
  • 4 medium size sweet red apples (or any other type of sweet apples)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon powder
  • 1 handful of raw unsalted almonds (chopped) (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel sauce for topping (optional)
